Hi, I’m Emily

I'm a sound designer and composer. I live in Austin, Texas with my boyfriend and cat.

I was born in Los Angeles, raised in Austin, and educated in composition, sound design, and audio engineering at the University of Texas, Austin Community College, and the online School of Video Game Audio.

After graduating college, I had a brief contract with Edge of Reality, where I worked as a sound designer on Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark. My next job was at a casino game company called Everi, where I worked as a sound designer and composer for five years, working on dozens of casino games. I was laid off at the start of 2020’s COVID-19 lockdown, but I landed on my feet with contracts at Certain Affinity and Arkane Austin. Arkane Austin eventually went on to hire me full time to make sounds and mix/arrange music for their 2023 immersive-shooter Redfall.

My non-audio interests include playing games, cooking, reading comics, studying Japanese, and petting other people’s dogs.
